Zayed was born in 1918 and named after his grandfather, Shaikh Zayed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, who has the longest reign in the emirate's history, ruling Abu Dhabi from 1855 to 1909. His grandfather is also known as “Zayid The Great” and “Zayed the First”, and had played a large role in forging unity between the tribes of Oman and leading the Bani Yas tribe.

Person I respect

The person that I respect the most is Sheikh Zayed. He was the leader of the UAE. He helped people and united the UAE with his friend Sheikh Rashed. He made education and medicine free for people. He gave the people land, money, farms and houses. He was a just man in his life.

Eid Al_feter

First I wake up at 5:00 and I get a shower . Second I wear my new clothes and my new gutra (head scarf) and I put on perfume .

Next I go to Al_Mosalla Mosque to pray the Al Eid prayer .Then I go to my grandfather’s house to tell him Al_Salam Alikom (hello). Aftar that I go to my uncle’s house to tell him same I tell my grandfather. Finally I visit my friend and I
eat lunch with him.
